Job Overview

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their team. As a key member of the commercial property management team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial assets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to develop and implement commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency. You will be accountable for the overall performance of the properties, including financial transactions, lease administration, and occupancy issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial assets.
  • Develop and implement commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, leasing, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
  • Proven experience in property management working with large property portfolios or assets.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
