About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial office buildings and leading a team of property managers and facilities managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the owner and operational personnel to ensure effective management of the portfolio
  • Make recommendations and conduct negotiations to drive business growth
  • Prepare monthly reports to the owners of properties, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop an annual business strategy plan to drive the growth and success of the portfolio
  • Prepare detailed cash flow budgets and report variations to ensure accurate financial management
  • Lead and manage a team of property managers and facilities managers to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial office management, with a strong track record of success
  • Previous experience in managing staff, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to business
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Eye for detail and ability to attend to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
