Requirements
  • Experience: A background in community and social performance disciplines, such as stakeholder engagement, community relations, or social investment.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate well with others, and influence stakeholders, leveraging interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrated interest and experience in social issues, with the ability to think creatively and work independently in a fast-paced environment, respecting diverse perspectives and cultures.
