Job Title: Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Project Coordination Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing contract work with extensions available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and schedule owners to develop, track, and maintain detailed schedules using Microsoft Project Professional and Project Online.
  • Provide direction, guidance, task allocation, resource profile views, and reports to project managers.
  • Maintain the Scheduling Standard, Schedule Templates, and Project Online Enterprise Global environment.
  • Analyze schedules to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and opportunities through effective tracking of tasks and milestones.
  • Work within a master schedule structure, integrating multiple schedules and generating rollup reporting while maintaining project-level schedule integrity.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of managing baselines and updating status.
  • Develop and maintain summary-level schedule reports, including milestones, dependencies, resource utilization, and critical path.

Exposure to Power BI Tools is beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project Professional and Project Online.
  • Knowledge of Power BI Tools is beneficial.
