- Monitoring and reviewing nursing practice procedures and clinical programs
- Coordinating resident care planning with a focus on delivering high-quality care services
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, who is passionate about building strong relationships with our residents and their families.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in managing and leading clinical care in aged care
- 5 years post-graduate experience in aged care or acute care clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of the aged care accreditation system and compliance
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC
