Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to lead our finance team and drive growth in a dynamic market. This role offers the chance to shape financial strategy, driving compliance, transparency, and growth.

You will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency through data-driven reporting and audits. You will also lead forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization, delivering insights that drive growth across regulated markets.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work closely with our team to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end accounting tasks and proactively identify transactions, balances, and processes requiring technical review.
  • Assist with implementation of accounting standards, policies, procedures, control frameworks, promptly reporting and resolving gaps/key risks.
  • Foster a data repository and be the main point of contact for information requests.
  • Manage the preparation of audited annual and interim consolidated financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory disclosure requirements.
  • Work with other finance team members for tax reporting, budgeting, intercompany transactions, audit, and treasury management.
  • Cooperate with other teams in M&A or other projects as required across the group for due diligence and deal arrangement.
  • Establish strong connections with various internal and external stakeholders, mentoring junior members in the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years financial accounting experience, CPA/CA qualified or near completion.
  • Sound knowledge of financial control, reporting, and accounting principles and practices.
  • A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritize work.

Bonus points if you have sports & gambling knowledge, cryptocurrency knowledge, and proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, and Jira.
