Personal Care Support Worker

We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to provide personal care and domestic assistance to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and medication assistance across client homes, following established plans and safety guidelines.
  • Performing domestic assistance tasks, including bed making, vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cooking, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Assisting with shopping and transportation; accompanying clients to appointments or events as needed.
  • Documenting notes in the system after each visit using mobile apps for a clear and continuous record.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification (Qualified Support Worker).
  • A valid driver's license, reliable car, comprehensive insurance, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Tech-friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
