Job Title: Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Bid Coordinator. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in the coordination, preparation, and submission of tenders, expressions of interest, and capability statements.

  • Coordinate with bid teams to ensure timely and effective submission of bids;
  • Prepare and maintain bid documentation, including tender responses and supporting information;
  • Manage access to online tender portals and support formatting and proofreading of documents;
  • Ensure that responses meet quality standards and are compliant with client requirements;
