Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating and producing high-quality bids and submissions for complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with technical experts to turn complex information into clear, compelling content. They will also support tender presentations and workshops with sharp, professional materials.

In addition, the successful candidate will maintain and improve marketing assets, case studies, and corporate CVs. They will drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and client feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in submissions coordination, preferably in construction, engineering, or marine sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify technical information for clear, effective bids.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities under pressure and adapting content as needed.
  • Self-starter with confidence, team collaboration skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe InDesign is a bonus.
