We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have experience within a call centre technical support environment
- Hold certifications such as Cisco CCNA
- Possess strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and adapt to changing priorities and unexpected fault scenarios
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure fault investigations, customer updates, and documentation are thorough, precise, and compliant with process standards
- Maintain consistent performance across long 12-hour shifts with rotating day/night schedules
