Job Description

As a Senior Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of an enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative.

You will be responsible for building and leading a Program Management Office, overseeing delivery momentum, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in agile delivery frameworks, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, as well as experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Governance & Oversight: Establish robust governance structures, reporting frameworks, and stage gate processes to ensure executive and board-level reporting.
  • Integrated Delivery Management: Coordinate internal and vendor teams under a unified model, overseeing sprint planning, backlog management, and RAID logs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Assurance: Maintain dashboards and delivery metrics, ensuring independent assurance reviews and financial tracking.
  • Sustainability & Transition: Support operational readiness and BAU handover, aligning delivery with change and capability uplift plans.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in program/project management across large-scale digital transformations.
  • Proven expertise in agile delivery frameworks and hybrid agile environments.
  • Strong vendor management and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
