About the Role:

This is a pivotal, full-time role in Management and Manufacturing with Accounting industry expertise.

You will oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives, focusing on projects led by our AI Labs team. This position combines expert project management with agile leadership, requiring a hands-on approach to drive execution, facilitate planning, and remove obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic transformation projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple initiatives, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Provide delivery insights to support informed planning.
  • Champion innovation, inclusion, and performance excellence.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and track progress efficiently.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and team coordination seamlessly.
  • Remove blockers and ensure timely delivery of business value.
  • Collaborate closely with Innovation and Tech leads.
  • Align goals and maintain transparency with stakeholders at all times.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders through effective communication.
  • Communicate status, risks, and achievements regularly.
  • Represent the team in governance forums effectively.
  • Promote agile practices and delivery efficiency continuously.
  • Support system/process adoption and training programs.
  • Capture lessons learned and encourage collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery standards and quality assurance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting processes.
  • Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation effectively.
  • Escalate issues and recommend solutions promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or project management; 5+ years in transformation project delivery.
  • Strong experience in agile and traditional project management techniques; certifications preferred.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Skilled in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR).
  • Proficient in digital tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience in professional services or transformation roles is highly desirable.
