Main Responsibilities
  • The Chapter Lead – Digital Experience Optimisation will lead a team of specialists who are focused on defining the vision and roadmap for a best-in-class digital experience optimisation and website publishing operations.
  • The role involves driving the effective use of platforms (e.g. AEM, AAM, Target and AJO) and identifying opportunities to uplift capability to deliver against the vision.
  • You will act as a driver of change in fostering a culture of experimentation, data-led improvement and customer-centricity.
  • Influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to embed experimentation and personalisation practices within wider digital projects is essential.
  • The Chapter Lead will also oversee resource planning, performance management and capability building within the chapter.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience in digital analytics, experience optimisation or digital strategy roles with leadership responsibilities is required.
  • A strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder and supplier management, influencing and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing risk and compliance in an ever-evolving context is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and budget management skills are also required.
