Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer.

This is a full-time role, working afternoons and occasional overtime. You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and modification of mechanical equipment and machinery across the facility.

  • Perform routine maintenance on mechanical plant and equipment.
  • Carry out fabrication and welding of components for machinery modifications and upgrades.
  • Assist in machine breakdowns and root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed using computerized systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade certificate in engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and fabricate to specification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to safety and teamwork.
