Job Title: Strategic Partnership Architect

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to architect our global partner ecosystem from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity to design, build, and own the methodology for identifying, acquiring, and enabling high-impact resellers of our core AI technology across the globe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a network of at least 20 new, high-value channel partners across key markets, driving significant growth and user adoption. They will report directly to the CEO and have the autonomy to build their vision, with the support of a world-class technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy and playbook from scratch.
  • Master the art of qualification, identifying partners with the right network and technology stack.
  • Own the entire partnership lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to negotiation and relationship management.
  • Become a leader within the business, influencing product development and delivering measurable results.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the Construction Tech industry and its workflow.
  • Extreme ownership and the ability to operate with autonomy.
  • A powerful sense of urgency and the ability to drive decisive action.
  • Natural leadership skills and the executive presence to command a room.
