About this role

This is a full-time position leading a team responsible for scheduling deliveries and products to our network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the scheduling of all deliveries and products.
  • Developing logistics strategies to optimize supply chain and distribution processes.
  • Managing daily operations of distribution yards and transportation assets.
  • Maintaining KPIs to identify improvement areas and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating logistics activities with cross-functional teams.
  • Training and developing personnel to ensure effective performance.
  • Collaborating with subcontractors and customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar transport or logistics management role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective logistics strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Accurate input and maintenance of delivery schedules and logistics data.
  • Knowledge of NHVR regulations.
