Senior Quality Control Manager

A quality-driven professional with expertise in maintaining high standards, ensuring food safety, and driving a successful mindset is required to support business objectives.
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be the key coordinator of internal and external audits, enhance product integrity, and collaborate with teams to uphold quality standards. They will lead quality assurance processes to ensure compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include leading quality assurance, championing safety, managing quality systems, collaborating for improvement, documenting and reporting, maintaining Essential Standards, and supporting compliance efforts.
- Lead Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Champion Safety: Conduct audits, analyse data, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
- Manage Quality Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate for Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality and optimize processes.
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality-related role, prior experience working with SQF, FSANZ standards, and strong technical ability to lead quality programs.
