Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our global quality strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving supplier ownership of quality, ensuring that every product meets our brand standards and supports expansion into new markets.

Key responsibilities include building strategic partnerships with suppliers, implementing calibration frameworks, and establishing processes to guarantee consistency across countries and categories.

Additional duties include overseeing supplier performance, delivering training programs, and creating reporting tools to provide visibility and accountability across the supply chain.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in quality control within the retail sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing quality processes and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production, inspection procedures, and supplier management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based reporting systems.
  • Experience building tools, dashboards, and calibration frameworks to monitor performance.
  • Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in building supplier capability and driving accountability.
