Project Scheduler Role

The ideal candidate for this position will possess formal project management experience in project scheduling, planning or project management. Additionally, they should have a demonstrated understanding of Earned Value concepts and be proficient in using scheduling software such as OPP, Primavera, or MS Project.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the integrated master schedule, liaising with business unit leads to integrate intermediate schedules into the master schedule, monitoring project schedule progress against baselines, and providing regular schedule reports highlighting issues affecting program execution.

Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. A Defence security clearance is also required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Formal Project Management experience in project scheduling, planning or project management
  • Experience with Earned Value concepts
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience using scheduling software (OPP, Primavera or MS Project)
  • Previous Defence project experience highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Defence security clearance is required
