About the Role

As an Employment Standards & Best Practice Coordinator, you'll champion initiatives that make our workplace compliant and attractive. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading compliance efforts around employment awards, wage standards, and Fair Work regulations.
  • Collaborating with payroll and finance teams to ensure precision and transparency in employment practices.
  • Managing inquiries with professionalism and resolving issues with a customer-first approach.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and legislative updates to implement best practices in wage compliance and workforce management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in HR generalist roles and project management excellence.
  • The ability to tackle complex projects with clear outcomes and meet deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of pay conditions and queries.
  • A commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
