The Role:

Support enterprise agreement implementation and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

This role is integral to our strategic workforce initiatives, ensuring we are positioned to attract and retain a skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workforce contract compliance reviews
- Assess time and wages data to ensure alignment with the enterprise agreement and Fair Work Act
- Support implementation of our new enterprise agreement, including change management planning and consultation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support remediation of compliance issues and develop workforce-related policies
- Assist with BOOT testing, contract issuance, and industrial relations change projects

Key Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in employee relations or industrial relations within a complex organization
- Qualifications in change management or project management
- Expertise in interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, and employment law
- Strong analytical and Excel skills to manage data and assess compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
