About This Opportunity

This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference in people's lives.


The job involves caring for guests while they connect with their community and spend a day socialising and supported by our team of Care Workers at the Social Club in Brisbane.


We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and has good communication skills. No formal qualification is necessary, but Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage.


Key Responsibilities
  • Care for guests in a supportive and respectful manner
  • Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure the comfort and well-being of guests
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management

Requirements
  • No formal qualification is necessary, however, Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage
  • Must hold a current Working With Children Check clearance
  • Must be available to work on Monday
  • First Aid certificate desirable
