Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nursing care professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. This includes developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and providing education and support to residents and their families.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority
  • Experience working in aged care or a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
