Production Operator Job Description

As a key member of our production team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality product output through various decoration methods. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining decoration equipment used to personalize products.

  • We are seeking an individual who is well-versed in light industrial machinery operation and can effectively meet daily production targets.
  • Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in ensuring accurate fulfillment and meeting specifications.
  • You will perform regular in-process quality checks to guarantee compliance with internal quality standards.
  • In addition, you will adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures consistently.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • You must possess a positive work ethic and a 'can do' attitude to succeed in this role.
  • A working knowledge of PCs is desirable but not essential.
  • A proven track record in relation to timekeeping and attendance is necessary.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and willingness to learn new processes as and when required are also important qualities for this position.
