Production Operator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and quality-driven individual to operate and maintain decoration equipment used for product personalization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate light industrial machinery in accordance with production targets
  • Evaluate and ensure the accuracy and quality of decorated products according to specifications
  • Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with internal quality standards
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies consistently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
  • Perform basic machine adjustments during product changeovers to maintain production flow
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report machine performance issues to the line manager
  • Complete production documentation accurately, including scrap and performance logs
  • Monitor material usage and verify correct raw materials by checking work order codes
  • Manage raw materials, work orders, and machine setup efficiently
  • Achieve set throughput, efficiency, and quality standards
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions carefully
  • Support end-to-end production tasks, including material handling, packing, and preparation for shipment
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments for smooth production flow
  • Report any safety hazards or process deviations to the supervisor immediately
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills (optional)
  • Proven track record in timekeeping and attendance
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and willingness to learn new processes
