Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and quality-focused production professional to join our dynamic team in the promotional products industry.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high-quality product output through various decoration methods, including pad printing, laser engraving, UV printing, sublimation, and screen printing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate complex machinery for product decoration in accordance with daily production targets and efficiency standards
  • Ensure accurate fulfillment and quality of decorated products according to specifications and customer expectations
  • Perform regular quality checks and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment at all times to optimize productivity and minimize errors
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report machine performance issues to the line manager or supervisor
  • Achieve and exceed set throughput, efficiency, and quality standards to meet business objectives
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions with attention to detail and adhere to established protocols
  • Support end-to-end production tasks, including material handling, machine operation, packing, and preparation for shipment to meet customer deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working with industrial machinery and maintaining a high level of quality control is highly desirable.
