Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Governance Officer. This role will lead the coordination of company secretarial services, ensuring high-quality work and excellent client relationships. The successful candidate will attend board meetings, prepare minutes, and collaborate with the team on daily activities related to company formation, governance structures, statutory filings, and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively communicate with clients/service providers/3rd parties to maintain quality services and strengthen relationships
  • Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Oversee tasks and be responsible for a portfolio of clients, handling various company secretarial duties including incorporation, deregistration, minute preparation, and statutory filing updates
  • Offer advisory services to clients on company secretarial matters and handle non-statutory tasks such as due diligence and opening procedures
