Part-Time Bookkeeper Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bookkeeper to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administration.
  • Provide accounting support to clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
  • Knowledge of at least one software: MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Proficient in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
