The Financial Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to our team.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements">
  • Process payments and reconcile accounts">
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and spreadsheets">
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and systems">
  • Perform other duties as required">

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping">
  • Strong organizational and communication skills">
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with high attention to detail">
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office 365, especially Excel and accounting systems">
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills">
