This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations across all 7 locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Group Chef and teams on site.

  • Support the Head and Sous Chef in day-to-day operations;
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth service delivery;
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with health regulations;
  • Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;
  • Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours;
  • Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation standards across all locations;
  • Ability to have a flexible roster and travel to other venues;
Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Proven experience as Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role;
  • Strong culinary skills with a creative flair and passion for innovation;
  • Leading by example, contributing to the daily operation of the kitchen;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of current food trends, dietary requirements, and culinary techniques;
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification and compliance with health and safety regulations;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Able to travel and have a flexible roster, working across 7 kitchens potentially;
  • Proven experience as Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role;
  • Strong communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to manage time wisely and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Familiarity with current food trends, dietary requirements, and culinary techniques;
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification and compliance with health and safety regulations.
