**Senior Land Development Professional**

Stockland has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Development Manager to join our Master Planned Communities Development team in Brisbane.

This role has become available due to business growth and we currently have multiple opportunities across our national portfolio.

As a Development Manager, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team, considering and driving strategy including capital partner relationships, significant stakeholder relationship management, and contributing to the procurement, scope and delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from conception to completion;
  • Continually monitor markets, building key relationships;
  • Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects;
  • Implement Residential Sustainability Policy at a project level
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • ">
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary teams with a collaborative style
  • Project management expertise, including planning, cost and risk management;
  • Development management expertise in residential land or similar;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
  • Commercial acumen and forecasting and financial management experience;
  • Customer-focused, using data analytics and insights to inform decision making;
  • Self-motivated and results-driven;
  • Degree qualified in a related discipline;
