We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. This role involves working closely with a high-performing team to deliver existing services and support the Sales team in increasing portfolio size.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and relationship building skills.

- Own and resolve issues and escalations from customers or internal teams.
- Support the Sales team to increase portfolio size by recognising or creating growth opportunities.
- Experience handling difficult and complex situations.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
