We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for driving people strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.

About the Role:
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute the People Strategy and Roadmap
  • Manage the employee lifecycle and drive operational excellence, providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Drive organisational design and workforce planning to support business growth and scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on talent acquisition, employee relations, and work health and safety matters
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
  • Work in partnership with HR teams to deliver on the talent strategy and operational plans
  • Provide day-to-day support on job ads, resume screening, pre-screening interviews, market mapping, and onboarding activities
Culture, Inclusion & Employee Experience:
  • Build a culture of inclusion by integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies into talent acquisition and organisational health
  • Continuously enhance employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
HR Processes, Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
  • Deliver and execute key HR cyclical activities and programs (e.g., performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, action planning)
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide workforce planning, program design, and decision-making
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to refine HR practices and optimise processes

About You:

  • 4+ years in HR generalist and recruitment roles, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner position
  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, and change management
  • Strong ability to engage and influence leaders at all levels
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging analytics to improve processes and outcomes
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Adept at driving change and developing people-focused solutions
