Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic support to local business leaders and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, people strategies, and employee-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HQ HR teams to deliver HR processes and programs in the local office.
  • Establish strong relationships with local business leaders and employees to provide advice on HR policies, people strategies, and employee-related issues.
  • Develop and implement Country HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the full HR spectrum, including manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, selection, onboarding, in-service support, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, performance management, rewards, employment relations, mobility, exit management, and cyclical HR programs/exercises.
  • Supervise office administrative matters, such as asset control, inventory management, office access, expenditures, and record maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR business partnering experience.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and legislations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with all levels within an organisation, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to changing business needs.
  • Real estate industry experience is advantageous.
