Our client is a national employment services provider looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team located in North Sydney. They're a company that prides themselves on being a purpose and values driven organisation which supports a wide range of jobseekers across Australia.

**The Role**

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll manage a variety of tasks, including:
***

**Key Tasks**
- Providing exemplary P&C advice, guidance, and solutions as well as coaching to develop people capabilities.
- Managing and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring fair people and business outcomes.
- Partnering with leaders to provide expert advice on effective workforce planning solutions and organisational structures.
- Providing expert guidance on day-to-day performance management.
- Supporting the senior leadership team with the implementation of the people strategy to embed a strategic and integrated approach across the organisation.
- Working alongside the Talent Acquisition team to recruit people leaders and embed changes to the recruitment practices.
- Contributing to key organisational development and change projects and roll out new change initiatives to onboarding, culture and learning programs.

**The Individual**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working as the Human Resources or People & Culture Business Partner with strong focus on coaching, advising, employee relations, change management and people initiatives.
