We're seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Merchandiser to join our team in Lennox Head & Ballina. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being out and about, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Tip Top brand in-store by greeting key contacts, building relationships, and maintaining a positive image of the company.
  • Ensure that products are always well-stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs.
  • Set up promotional displays and maintain attractive visual merchandising throughout the store.
Requirements
  • A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • A smartphone with basic mobile phone skills (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during trading hours.
