Job Title

A retail professional is required for a new store opening in Sydney, Australia.

  • Full-Time Position
  • 38 hours per week, weekdays and weekends
About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Professional. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

  • Becoming aware of store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership and using available resources to meet or exceed them
  • Executing Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  • Maintaining established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
