Job Role
  • The role of Data Insights Specialist supports operational teams by analysing performance data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.

A snapshot of what you will do:

  • Develop regular reports for teams to enable them to make informed decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports and metrics to monitor operational and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Translate complex data into clear and concise presentations and reports for senior leaders.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of business initiatives and provide post-implementation reviews.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, commercial and IT teams.
  • BUILD and enhance models and tools that support scenario analysis and business case evaluation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of all performance-related reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset to understand business needs, along with a strong data focus to identify areas for improvement. Other requirements include:

  • Experience in a global matrix organisation with a strong service delivery ethos.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and clients but also strong relationship building and influencing skills to enable complex data to be translated into clear and concise presentations to senior leaders.
  • Experience working in facilities management or customer orientated industries such as hospitality.
