We're seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment as a Contracts Administrator. As a key member of our Subcontracts Management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration of contracts once they have been awarded.
About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual terms are adhered to and assist in resolving any post-award issues that may arise. Your expertise will be essential in managing subcontracts from initiation to closure, drafting and reviewing subcontract documents, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure subcontract terms are clear, feasible, and compliant.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate subcontracts to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project teams, to ensure subcontract terms are clear, feasible, and compliant.
- Identify potential risks and issues within subcontracts and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the impact of contractual terms on the organization.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role, with a focus on post-award management.
- Strong understanding of contract law and its application in a business setting.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse complex contractual issues and provide practical solutions.
