About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Mortgage Broker
to join a dynamic team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of deal settlements, active client management, and hands-on experience with both SMSF and Trust borrower deals. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work with an established client base and grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end mortgage broking process for residential and investment lending.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored finance solutions.
  • Conduct client assessments, structure deals, and present lending options.
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements.
  • Manage a portfolio of active clients while ensuring high service standards.
  • Stay updated with lender policies, compliance requirements, and industry changes.

Requirements:

  • Completed
    Cert IV and Diploma in Mortgage Broking
    .
  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker
    (not as Broker Support).
  • Proven record of
    100+ settled deals
    in career.
  • Ability to manage
    10+ active clients
    at any given time.
  • Currently settling
    minimum $3M+ per month
    .
  • Experience handling
    20+ SMSF deals
    and
    20+ Trust borrower deals
    in career.
  • Strong client relationship skills and the ability to work independently.
