Health Care Provider Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Health Care Provider to join our team. As a Health Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to residents in a nursing home setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage resident health conditions, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs and medical conditions.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Address pain concerns and implement pain management strategies.
  • Prepare for and handle medical emergencies, coordinating the response as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA Registration is required.
  • Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, adapt to changing situations, and provide excellent communication skills.
