About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Venue Manager to join our team at Ovolo Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving and mentoring our existing team to deliver a world-class experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead from the front and set high standards for the team
    • Develop and up-skill team members in premium product knowledge and service standards
    • Accountable for day-to-day operations and business performance
  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure every guest has a seamless and entertaining experience in our venue
    • Monitor service standards and procedures followed by team members
  • Financial Management
    • Effective financial management around Cost of Goods Sale, sales budgets, and profits
    • Manage strong financial controls and initiate growth strategies to increase top-line sales
  • Operations and Efficiency
    • Ensure optimum efficiency and achievement by focusing on business needs, setting priorities, and maximizing productivity
    • Implement and monitor feedback mechanisms to improve operations and the service culture
