The Role

We're seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team and drive our service standards to new heights. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a world-class experience in our venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, stock, and quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
