Role Overview

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding, mentoring, and inspiring your team to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and events, ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of food and beverage outlets
  • Communicate effectively and delegate tasks to team members
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Advocate for the needs of the team
  • Support management in achieving financial objectives
  • Aid in the training and development of team members
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws
Qualifications
  • Strong passion for customer service
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain composure under pressure
  • Outstanding time management and communication abilities
  • Availability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week across various shifts
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification in QLD
