We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver person-centred positive behaviour support to individuals in their communities.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will develop and implement high-quality behaviour support plans, collaborate with families and other professionals, and provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification, registration with a relevant professional body, and extensive experience in community-based and/or disability settings.
Key skills required include strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and flexible approach to work, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
