Speech Pathologist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering therapeutic services and making a difference in the lives of our participants.

The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and passionate team who have unique interests and passions, supported regionally by a large team of speech pathologists on the Central Coast and the Hunter area.

We believe in collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and participants' key stakeholders and are passionate about clinically excellent, neuroaffirming practices that help our team members and participants get more out of life, today.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Provide supports to cover NDIS participants living in the Central Coast or Newcastle, Port Stephens, Maitland, and surrounding areas.
  • Deliver services under the NDIS, including early intervention and parent coaching, literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation.
  • Support individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.
