Teaching and Engagement Leader

The primary objective of this role is to develop and lead the implementation of strategies to enhance student attendance, enrolment, and community engagement at Maningrida College.

A key aspect of this position is building strong relationships between the school and the community through effective communication. The successful candidate will lead a team of teachers and support staff in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that promote student learning.

Additionally, they will work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive school improvement and implement evidence-based practices throughout the college.
