Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day hotel operations in partnership with the Hotel Manager
  • Coach and develop team members to service excellence
  • Ensure compliance across alcohol, gaming, and safety standards (RSA/RSG where required; WHS awareness)
  • Manage staffing, reservations, beverage service, and POS operations
  • Support profitability through cost control and revenue opportunities
Skills & Experience
  • Leadership and team development in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to service
  • RSA & RSG certifications essential; knowledge of gaming and WHS regulations preferred
  • Experience managing daily hotel operations, including staffing, reservations, beverage service, and POS
  • Commercial acumen with understanding of stock control, revenue opportunities, and cost efficiency
