Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Solutions Architect to join our Design System & Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable design systems that ensure consistency, efficiency, and collaboration across design projects.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and brand teams to define the future of design systems. Your expertise will help shape our design language, ensuring it is cohesive, accessible, and aligned with our company's vision.

About the Role

  • Maintain and enhance a scalable, multi-brand design system that includes a cohesive set of UI components, design patterns, and guidelines for all mobile and web products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish and manage a process that ensures the efficient operation of the design system.
  • Advocate for design principles and best practices within the organisation, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Inspire the team and internal partners by introducing fresh ideas and defining next-generation interfaces through high-quality mock-ups and interactive prototypes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in design, preferably in a leadership role or contributing to a design system.
  • Experience in using Figma at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of Storybook and other design system tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
