About the Opportunity

As a professional in Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the direction of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a part-time Human Resource Lead to join our team and take charge of managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • You will provide HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality, as well as assist in performance management and training development.
  • Additionally, you will develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure legal compliance, maintain HR records, and prepare reports.
  • Assist with payroll processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • A relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and handling sensitive information are essential for this position.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team are also necessary.
